1 can black beans, drained
1 can corn, drained
Yellow, red or green peppers
Green onions
Chives, optional
SAUCE
1 –2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Jalapeno jelly
Juice of one lime
1 tsp. cumin
Pepper
Cilantro
Pour over salad and stir.
Put in burrito or as a relish
